Need Help Mimaki jv400 Latex print problems

Hi Guys,

Having trouble printing today tried different profiles, heater temperatures, uni directional but nothing is working for me.

Getting white dots and vertical lines. normally prints great as in last pic but today its just not working.

heaters are at 45C 45C and 60C
Using Mimaki GPVC profile 1200x1200 12pass
ambient temps today are 20C with 20% humidity.
I'm using Avery MPI1105.

Any Suggestions on whats happened

You will have a hard time finding another user of this model unfortunately. Does it do the same thing on another media also?

Rang my rep and hes sending out a new roll. Could just be a isolated contaminated roll.
