Mould for plexiglass

Hello,
I have a set of hand carved wooden moulds which i use to make moulded plexiglass letters. The wooden mould is very old and some are breaking. I would like to make the moulds with fibre glass resin but was wondering if it would be able to withstand the heat...anyone has any advise

Use wood. I think you may have some sticking issues using fiberglass.
