Need Help Mutoh 1204 media take up system part

I was hoping that someone who has a take up system for a Mutoh 1204 could give me measurement specs using a micrometer so I can make a new part. It is the part that is attached to the media bar and sits down in the rollers on the motor that turns the media bar, pictured below.
I recently bought a used take-up system and the piece was lost during shipping. I have someone that can machine one for me I just need the specs.
I tried contacting Mutoh last week but haven't had a reply.

I have a 1324.
my measurements are nearly identical, but should add that the center bore is 32mm.
