I believe this is a DX5 head.
The printer is has a Mutoh RJ 900c engine and this head. It is a UV solvent printer.
From my research, I could potentially do the following. Please correct me where wrong.

- this is a green connector, original dx5 from epson, or is it? (i get conflicting info from suppliers, some say its the new locked type and some say its the old unlocked)
- buy older epson r1900, 2000, 2880 and take the head out and it should work perfectly?
- buy a chinese locked 1, with decoder
I have a line on a new r2000 epson, given that it is new. Would the decoder work? or is this a mystery until the head is in my hands? ie, locked 2 and 3 can not be decoded with the chinese decoder?
I have seen red decoder and green decoder, anyone know the situation there?
