mutoh falcon banding

greetings from sunny ca. i have a mutoh falcon with banding or streaking issues and was curios to know if anybody has any suggestions or has anybody had this problem the problem seems to be coming from the pinch rollers the material seems to be going up between the pinch rollers almost giving it a wave affect giving it a slightly darker print between the rollers im using dpf 6000 xrp vacume set on high ive played with heater temps with no luck any help or suggestions would be great thanks in advance

Almost always temps settings that causes the media to expand and cockle.

If not could be dirty rollers.

No, but obviously lower.
