Mutoh Falcon II Outdoor?

I might be looking at a used Mutoh Falcon II Outdoor printer. Is this a good printer for doing good quality decals, banners and such?

I guess all the internal hardware was recently replaced on the machine I'm looking at. What is a good price for something like this?

One just changed hands here in denver for 3500.00. Have it checked out by a tech, lots of pricey parts on that printer. New ValueJets are going for 370.00 a month with a two year warranty
