Mutoh Valujet - Error Code

We have Valujet 1604 converted to sublimation. Just bought it, and when you turn it on, it moves about an inch and says "E081ERR CR Origin Error" and does nothing more.

Our R&D department is trying to set this up...any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I had a similar issue recently with my ToucanLT. Turns out that the sensor that detects when the head carriage reaches the capping station got knocked loose. If you reach up under the hood *carefully* you may be able to snap it back into place. I ended up taking the cover off 'cause I'm a klutz.
