We recently purchased a Mutoh VJ 1324X printer. We had about a 10 hour trip home with it in an enclosed trailer. We set everything up and when we loaded the vinyl the lowered the pressure arms they don't touch the vinyl. They are about 1/16" too high. Is there some way I can adjust this? Any idea on what's wrong? Thanks!
