Mutoh vj 1604 print head trouble

Hi everyone,

I'm Ludo from New Caledonia and I'm having some trouble with my print head on my Mutoh VJ 1604,
since this one isn't working properly, it does some black stripes all over the width of the machine...
Anyone with me on this one?!!

Sometimes, black lines on the print aren't from the print head... A cracked version or trial version of Flexisign will put those black lines in on purpose. A picture would help us diagnose your problem better.
