Mutoh VJ-1614 Boards

Signs, vinyls, tees and more... Australia
Hi Guys
I am vinyl sign maker.
Recently I acquired a Mutoh VJ-1614 (It is actually re-branded as an Oce CS9160 but is the same printer)
It has an Error "E085Err Heat Head"
From my research it seems to be cause by a faulty CR board or main board.
Problem is I can not find these parts anywhere, I am based in Australia and have been looking here and all over China and there are heaps for the VJ-1604 but not the VJ-1614.
Can I use VJ-1604 part on this printer in regards to these two boards?
If anyone can share some links with me to a supplier that deals in these parts I would appreciate it very much.
Preferably in AUS but anywhere is ok, I dont have a huge budget so if we could consider price that would be great.
I thank you in advance for your help.

DIY Printer Fixing Guide
The head heat error usually means there is a short in the head cables or even the head itself. I usually start by changing the cables as they are the cheapest part. If the cables don't fix it, unfortunately it is usually just a bad head. Sometimes ink splatters up on the head cable terminals and can be cleaned as well.

99% of the parts in a 1614 are the exact same as the 1604 including the main board and CR board.

I think it can be done but not that as simple as just replacing the main board. Do you want the printer to remain as an Oce or become a Mutoh? If you want it to become a Mutoh, you will need a program like Mutoh MSA to install the Mutoh VJ-1614 firmware to the new board. You will then need to copy the current printer parameters to the new board as well.
