Previous week I saw strange firing in my printings on both magenta and black channel so I ordered and replaced my cap top. After two cleanings the black channel went to 100% but there are 3 blocked nozzles on my magenta.
The head with capping station (except new cap top) and dampers were installed in January 2017.
I tried normal and hard cleaning, little ink fill and head soak with cap top filled with cleaning liquid.
Unfortunatelly it does not affect the printing quality but I would like to get 100% working nozzles on both my magenta channels. Is there a way to do so?
