Hello Everyone
I am new to the world of sign making and using plotters, although I am very used to training people on digital printers, anyway, this is the problem I have.
I have bought an old Mutoh XP940C plotter/Cutter and I am trying to set it up, I can get the plotter to cut the vinyl using the control panel test cut, but when I try to send a test file to be cut from Sign Cut, the machine will not do anything.
The machine came with a cable with a usb converter to plug into a pc. When I plug the usb in the laptop, it just see's a IEE controller, nothing else.
Can Anyone advise me on how to setup this machine.
I am using windows 7 Ultimate.
