muton error e087?

I have toucan lt has been working no problems for the last 14 months. Now Im getting a message error E087 pre system error?
Any thoughts on what this could be.

Pre heater system
error
There is a
problem in pre
heater thermistor.
(1) Check the ink end via
"Controller:Test:Heater" of
the self-diagnostic function.
When ° C is displayed, the
temperature is not
recognized.
CONTROL board:Check
the connections of J7, J27,
and J28.

Replacing
CONTROL
board assembly
and power
source (5V, 24V)
(2) Check if pre thermistor
connector is pulled out.
Redo the connections of the
following connectors.

we replaced the preheater it was bad. still getting the same error message. Mutoh has suggested to replace the control board.
preheater $300.
control board $1000.
there goes Christmas and why do things break two months out of warranty
hope this info helps someone in the future.
