Need a good outdoor sign backing material

need to redo my mailbox. I typically only deal with indoor signs and art so I am in need of a half inch thick material suitable for outdoors.

Looking for something that will holdup to the South Florida weather. I will be facemounting the aluminum print to it. Needs to be able to screw into it and ideally should be white or at least paintable so I can make it white.

You don't say how big, but since it's a mailbox I would think you could get a piece of 1/2" "plastic" trim board at Home Depot that would work.

Thanks! That seems like it will work great. Local HD didn’t carry it but they do ship it for free had to buy a case of 3 12”x8’ but I’ll find a use for the rest!
