Need a printed bag order price

Hi, I need a quote on 5000 and 7000
printed bags. Will be one color print, one sided.
Bag is standard trade show plastic bag with cut out handles.
Size of the bag is, 12'' wide by 15'' tall. Unline catalog has them on page 148 S-9710.

If you guys could recommend anyone that does wholesale let me know.
I'll have a print ready file for the job.
