Need a Wholesale Source for 3/4" Cut to Size Substrate

I am rather new and usually work with interplast or aluminum blanks but I have a customer who has a shingle sign about 26" x 16" made of wood that needs replaced. They would like something that is weather proof. My vendor has 3/4" white PVC but will only sell it by the 4' x 8' sheet. I need a source preferrably closer than the west coast that sells custom size sign blanks wholesale. Also the current wood shingle sign has screw eyes in it. I have seen hardware that is like a "C" shape that goes down over 3/4" material which you put a bolt through and then has a hook on top. Any help with this type of hardware would be greatly appreciate too!

You're like 45 minutes from me. Stop by and get a piece of 1" PVC. Screw the screw eyes right into it - use 3 - 4" long and bury the threads. You'll be fine.

You need to find a better distributor. Today, many suppliers are offering full sheets, half sheets and quarter sheets, Naturally, you pay a little more as you get smaller, but it beats the cost of a full sheet. I trust you do have the ability to cut it to your final shape ??
