Need Help Converting File From Flexi Cloud To Flexi 10

Flexi file was created using cloud. I can see the preview but when I open it in Flexi 10 it opens to a blank document. Could someone help me converting the file to a flexi 10 document?

Why not export it as a flexi 10 file. There should be no problem this way....

I think he was sent a file created in Flexi Cloud, but has version 10 at the shop.

You need to upgrade your Flexi software... What version are you running?

So they need to export as version 10 or lower and resend.
