Need help to remove firmware v7.70 from jv3-160sp

Can anyone help me in removing firmware v7.70 . need to load firmware v6.20 or lower.
i am stuck my printer does not recognise the ink and goes straight to < ROLL ---SHEET>.
it goes through the motions of media measurement but does not actually stop at the specific ends of
the media. And lastly it does does recognise that the heads are missing.

Would appreciate any help.
