I am truly hoping you can help. I have searched message boards everywhere and nothing works.
I recently got a printer and started my first job on it. Print, lam and cut. I have prior experience so I am not a complete newbie.
I printed with crop marks, laminated the job and brought it back for cutting.
When I changed the settings to cut only and clicked print to send the file to cut, the head didnt even try and read the crop marks and said Service call 0111.
I researched this and it said I need to do the tool crop adjustment.
I tried this and then when printing the guide lines for the cutter to align the cutting, it goes back to read the crop mark and brings up Error reading crop marks.
I am not sure what to do anymore. I have tried just about everything including checking the sensor in the Service menu setting.
Nothing seems to be working.
If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this it would be a great help to me.
