Need help with horizontal banding

Have a HP Latex 260. Substrate is HP Gloss Vinyl Adhesive— using Sai RIP.

Having these really bad ghosting/white banding/intensity issues out of no where. Only in blue/green prints. This is what we've tried so far:

  • Replaced both C/LC printheads
  • Printhead cleaning (x4 times)
  • Printhead automatic and manual adjustment
  • Replaced maintenance kit
  • Substrate advance calibration preformed
  • Altered heat settings
  • Increased number of passes (8,12,16 pass)
  • Verified newest firmware of Printer, Sai Flexi 19 Software, and correct ICC profile (HP Permanent Gloss Adhesive)
  • Power-cycled printer several times

Spoke to HP and did a nozzle test on the printheads and the nozzle health was within spec.

Not sure what to do at this point. Anybody have any ideas?

you installed 220 power for this printer. Have you confirmed that power is not spiking to high when the heaters are turning on? Looks electrical to me. I would put an amp clamp on my lines and watch to see how stable your power is running. If you are up over 230v, that is your problem.
