You'll always get a better response during business hours.

For whatever reason your yellow channel has lost ink flow. You can just run a bunch of strong cleaning and it should come back but that wastes ink. Most people will just manually fill it with a syringe and the run a normal cleaning. If that doesn't bring it back, you probably need a new damper or two.

THAT GOT INK TO HEADS BUT STILL WONT PRINT ANYTHING AND I CLEANED THE HEADS PULLED INK THRU, STILL NOTHING

The first thing that comes to mind is clogged heads. Do you think it could be clogged heads?

just changed captops 2 days ago and dampers, no everything was printing good before this yellow problem. print heads could be clogged. I sucked ink thru the black and blue and then magenta and yellow and filled syrenge, still nothing
