Need Help With This Font Lettering

Hello looking to do this style letters with white background like in the pic. I'm currently using vinyl master 4.0. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Does Vinyl Master have the ability to offset paths / outline? Can you convert the fonts to outline / lines?

Type in whatever words in selected font style.
Select the text you typed in.
Go to the tool list on left side and there will be a button with a T with drop shadow (3rd from bottom left) and select "Outline module" from the fly out and outline the text to desired width. You can also use "Outline effect".
Best way to learn is just play around with all the effects and you will realize how easy it is to do any effect compared to "other" programs. VMP also have some tutorials on utube to show some of what can be done.... worth watching.
