i bought a mx template and i want to start designing some graphics.

i can't figure out how to crop/erase the rest of my design outside the template areas? where it would need to stay translucent. here is a example.

picedit.jpg Offsite pic replaced. Please observe our rules on photo posting.

thanks

Are you using Photoshop or Illustrator? Is your template in a vector format?

If Photoshop and vector, place the vector on its own layer and then you can use it as a mask or as a selection that can be inverted and then used to delete portions of your images that are outside the template.
