Hi,
I'm new to this forum so apologies if this is the wrong section. I am need of some help. I have a Lynx plotter I purchased in 2002 but it works fine. I am using the updated cutter software (VXi 8.5) it was working fine then one day it said 'port error', so i had to reselect the port (Comm3) and now it recognizes it. so far so good. When i send a job through it scrolls fine, i get the notice telling me what percent has cut, also good. but when it gets to 100% and finishes the cutter has not actually cut anything.
here are some specs that may be relevent - PC is a Dell Inspiron (2008), OS is Vista. I tried disabling firewall. I tried unchecking TCP/IP in the tool prefs.
