On copies it would be best to have someone local. Shipping cost and turnaround would kill a long distance working relationship. Try asking at a wholesale paper company near you such as: http://www.whitepages.com/store-locator/TX/Houston/International-Paper-Co
They will have trade magazines where the local trade printer/copier companies advertise their insanely low 1.5 cents a click pricing. The local magazine out here in CA/AZ is called The Horsetrader which can be found online here: http://www.printrade.com/
