Newbie Question about printhead.

Hello everyone, my name is Sebastian, I'm from Argentina and recently purchased a 25500, until today only change cartridges, yesterday change the black cartridge, then that printed well for a while and then the black stop printing when printed vinyl, put old cartridge back and the same.
I head cleaning, then did an impression of patterns and the result is bad, the question is, it's time to change heads? even if the printer tells me they are ok.

You can try head cleaning few times or just change both heads.
