Not enough memory - quit application

I am using Flexi 10.4 and windows 7. New computer from Signburst. When working on various files the system crashes and I get a flexi error "Not enough memory. You must quit the application". so I click okay and then it gives me the open to save the file only to tell me "Failed to save document". I have talked to signburst and I know it is not the computer. I can't really pinpoint when it does or does not do this as it is random but is very frustrating. I can't even recreate it once the program crashes, but it sure does make it hard to work in files. Anyone else have this problem and if so, what did you do?

Could be several issues...

- Your files are too large for the memory in the machine.
- You have memory hungry applications active that are sucking it all up.
- Flexi has run out of allocated memory by Windows or by itself
- Another application has a lot of memory unused but in reserve
- You have a memory problem (unlikely)
- You have a bad Windows installation (unlikely)

What are your specs?

A shot in the dark: In preferences look for scratch disk location, memory usage allowance etc...

Robbie, I am sorry that I didn't see this until this evening.

Give me a call tomorrow and we can take a look at it again.
