Need Help Nozzle drop out on Mimaki jfx200

Hello all
I have been printing a lot of corflute boards which are predominantly black.
Recently I have been getting nozzle dropout on both black channels.
Every time I do a clean or sub tank fill the dropout will move to another spot.
I have done a air purge on bank 1 but I did not get any ink to come through.
It seems to be getting worse as I use the machine.

I have also done all the maintenance procedures.
I have attached a pic.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds to me like you have air in the head and need to do the air purge to get it out. If you aren't getting ink out of the purge ports that is the problem.

I would only do one air purge port at a time and if the machine stops pressurizing the line while doing the air purge press function again to restart the pump to continue the purge.

I hope this helps!

I agree with the above. Ink should come out when you do the air purge. Either the air pressure is off or the ink supply is malfunctioning.

check your filters
Thanks
Are you talking about the inline filters?
I may have to get a tech in, I just hope he will have all the parts as the call out fee and travel costs are large.
I have had to double up on the fee and travel time before because he had no parts with him.
