OCE Arizona 365GT no white ink at all now?

This started yesterday afternoon.
Cleaned print heads, purged ink (many times) with only white on and all on.
A trickle comes out of the white heads.
The White filter does have weight to it (feels like there is ink in it)
When I turn the Bleed valve, some comes out.

I tried printing an area of white (approx 5" x 9")
and it printed it 1st thing this morning, but now... nothing.

But on test prints, no white ink come out.

I do now know any other techniques or procedures to fix this.

What can I do?

Is the reservoir status showing full on the Ink System Status page?

If you perform several purges to get it to show "Low" then close the ink bay drawer can you hear the white pump refilling the reservoir?

Update...
Changed white filter, turned off all purge valves except for white, pressed purge button a few times.
Managed to get the 1st white print head to fully print.
nothing from the 2nd.

what are the next steps I should do?
