We are having a hard time getting our 256 to cure properly. We just changed out our lamps and did a detailed cleaning on the glass reflective mirrors. I still have to run the lamps at max (9) to prevent the horrible Velcro sound. We are using the Mercury based bulbs. However it's still pretty sticky but less than before! Note: our CYMK inks are due to expire by November so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. Any suggestions would be most helpful. Thanks

How old is the machine? Did you ever clean the mirrors inside the lamps? Does the curing level (and the stickiness of the ink layer) depends on a colour/amount of ink (i.e. dark solids are not cured, light colours are cured)? Is the curing the same in different printmodes? What about the unidirectional printing - is curing the same?
