Question Older Summasign pro D1400 SL or Newer Mimaki CG-130SRIII?

Due to our Roland deciding to finally give up the ghost this week we have found ourselves in urgent need of a new plotter. Our options are restricted to either a 2nd hand Summasign pro D1400 SL for $3300 NZD or a brand new Mimaki CG-130SRIII for $5500 NZD. We do a fair amount of large vinyl jobs up to 7 meters long so tracking accuracy is important.
Thanks in advance.

Summasign SL-Series was produced between 2004 and 2005, so the Summa is at minimum 15 years old. A new Summasign had better tracking than the mimaki, but no idea if it is still the same with such an old cutter.
