Hey Everyone, having a little issue trying to take advantage of the Onyx rip hot folders. We've never really made use of them, but looking to send files in directly from an ftp. Right now when I do the ftp says the file transferred into the rip computer successfully, the file does show up in the rip, but it gives me a pretty vague 'rip cannot process the file'.
Its a pdf, (ive tried a couple) and if I drop it in locally on that machine it works no problem, just an error when I have it transferred in via ftp. The ftp is filezilla. And the rip is Onyx ProductionHouse 11
Hoping someone has a suggestion of what to look into.
