Oracal reflective5600

Client wants a sign with color printed image and reflective lettering. My thought is to print/lam/apply to ACM and then apply unprinted black 5600 reflective to the laminated print. Would like to put the cut reflective on the print,under the lam but I don't think the lam will lay flat over the cut reflective. Any advice on how you would handle this?

Don't need to laminate cut vinyl. just do the way you described.
