I have windows 7 professional and I run the full Outlook package. I noticed an email from a customer this morning and the title and who the email is from is greyed out with a thin black line through it. It never came in that way so somehow it has changed.
I can open it still, but even stranger is that I forwarded the email to an associate of mine and now I see that his name and other info for that one email is greyed out with the thin black line through it.
What gives?
