Oval embassy emblem sign blank

Hello forum.
We are looking for a blank oval sign like on the attached image.
It's ~24" x 20" and has some depth in it. Maybe 4".

Where can we order one of these?

Might be just as easy to cut an oval from foam and sand the edges. It's not that difficult a shape.
