P2C plotter problems

Concerning Gerber's P2C Plotter, anyone have any problems calibrating the sensor? Trying to solve Print-to-Cut issues.
Working with Onyx (Postershop, Cutshop) and when finished printing the plotter won't recognize the registration marks.
