Suggestions Packaging/Shipping

What's the best way to ship big decals?

For example, I had to ship out (2) 36" x 36" digital prints so I sandwiched them with 2 4' x4' pieces of cardboard but i feel like that's kind of overkill? Any suggestions? I'm trying to cut our time in the packaging stage of our business.

Anything that can be rolled we simply roll on a core with sheeting between them and then bubble wrap them. Slide it all inside of a tube mailer and tape the end caps securely. We use 36", 48", and 54" tubes.

Roll it - though careful, some items like tradeshow material can delaminate if they are rolled with laminate facing in. When shipping or storing, we roll everything laminate facing out just to be safe.
