Pavilion Reserved Signs

I have a customer who rents out 5 pavilions for events. She wants to put a sign at each one that says RESERVED - then underneath have a place where she can put the day and time and the name of the person who reserved it. She needs to be able to change that part out herself. This is for exterior use. Any suggestions for an exterior "sleeve" that we could mount to the sign that would hold an 8.5x11 page?

If they need water-fastness, they can print on a waterproof "paper" such as the ones from Relyco using a laser printer.
