Perf cut/Pop our sticker question.

I'm printing with a Roland SC540 (print and cut) and using flexi-sign. Can I do a perf cut/pop out stickers? Can I make something like the picture? if so how? If not, what do I need to do this? any help will definitely be appreciated.

perf cut contour on flexi 10 is an option..Beats up the cutter protection strip..Keep a few handy.

What about perf cut with Versworks?

Can an SP540V do perf cut?

You can do it in Versaworks. Make another cut line like you do with cut contour, just select a 100% color and label it PerfCutContour. Be sure to select spot color when renaming.

Edit: I don't have a 540, not sure if that makes a difference.

I have a SP540v and use 54 inch perf you can cut but I would turn down the speed.
And try to cut larger items not small.
