I am the new owner of a Mutoh 1300 plotter an was looking for some help with perf cutting. I am running FelxiSign & Print 12.
I have the normal contour cutting down just fine but am running into info on how to setup for a perf cut. I know I will have to add an additional cut line just outside of my original contour cut, and make It a different color. my question is the settings in the RIP and he settings on the plotter.
Will I have to program one of my "tool options" on the plotter to my perf settings? if so what would they be?
Do I have to change my blade depth or just the down force pressure?
can I control these settings within Flexi so I can automate the process or will I have to pause and do a manual setting adjustment.
Material being used:
Orajet 3651RA w/
Oragaurd 210 lam.
