Please help. Black mixing in prints

I’m wondering if someone can lead me in the right direction. I’m running a HP 26100 with The newest version of Flexi. I’ve just started having this issue with print quality. You’ll see a yellow box with only black over spray in the box. Not on the white vinyl around it. Next you’ll see a Hurst sticker with the same black overdose on the image. If you look close you can see the over stay only hits on the sticker 1.25”x7”. You can see the white separation between the two images. I’ve changed the print heads to see it it was one of them. Same results. I believe it’s a Flexi issue. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.
