Please Identify this font...

Customer thinks it's a variation of TIMES NEW ROMAN, but I don't think it is.

I've run through font recognition with no good results. The tail on the 5 is a killer on this one...any ideas?

Perhaps some form of Garamond that's been stretched and has a stroke added?
