Need Help Plotter not recognizing reg.mark

What is the best size to print reg.mark in graphtec ce5000-120 so the plotter can easily read also please show me how to do the settings on the plotter
Illustrator cc2017 with cutting master 3
I also have flexi 8.1
My plotter is not recognizing the marks

I think everyone will need some more information in order to help you. What plotter it is would be a good place to start. ;)
