Polycarbonite For Rigid Backlit

Hey guys! We have a client who is wanting something rigid but able to be backlit. I'd be doing a direct print on HP Scitex FB550. I think polycarbonite would work well, but wanting to see if anyone has any other suggestions or if anyone else has done this with success. Thanks!

That is all we use. It's flexible enough that it wont crack like Plexi and ridged enough that it wont bow under its own weight. We are located in South Dakota where there are a few extreme temperature changes and it holds up perfectly in 100 degree and -10.
