Poor Cutting on VC plotter

Just recently I have been getting a really rough cut on my Value Cut plotter, I have replaced the cut strip and the blade and the problem hasn't changed. Any problem solving would be appreciated, I read another post that the blade holder may need replaced but then they but lubricant in the hold and it fixed the problem.

I needed a new blade holder, the blade wasn't moving freely in the holder to get a clean cut.
