Premade aluminum blanks

I have a customer needing 18" X 24" aluminum TOW AWAY zone signs. I have heard in Miami there is a company selling a generic sign that is screened with reflective but the specific name of the towing company is not on the sign. That portion is left blank so it can be applied with vinyl. I can buy 200 or 300 of them at a time and as I sell them just apply the name of the towing company. Does anyone have information on the place in Miami.
