Here is an imaginary way to figure imaginary cost:

Imaginary Monthly Overhead:
Rent $3,500
Utilities $800
Insurance $900
Payroll $12,000
Work Comp $2,500
Licenses $250
Vehicles $1,750
Repairs $750
Imaginary Total $21,950

Coro Sign cost
Blank $0.25
Vinyl $0.50
Premask $0.25
Imaginary Total $1.00

If you sell 1 Coro sign this month, your cost in this scenario is $21,951. Add to your cost your desired $5 profit to arrive at a selling price of $21,956 to cover your costs and still make 5 bucks. If you are in California, deduct $800 minimum taxes from your $5 profit to arrive at a net loss of <$795>

I get mine for $40.00 for a 4' x 8' sheet ($25.00 if 10x or more sheets). UV flat bed, 4mm, one side. Mark up and add your time.
