print is not right (color)

I have a valuejet 1204 im trying to print somr sample colors and they are never close ex, red comes out orange yellow comes out green and grey comes out brown. ive tried changing the mode from quality 1 -4 banner 1-4 graphics 1-4 the only one that works kinda is quality 1. i dont understand what is going on can anyone help me in this matter.

check to make sure you are using the correct profile for the media you are printing on.

what rip are you using and what material are you trying to print on.

how do i know if im using a good profile
what would be a good setting

maybe the ink,is it oem? some batches are defective or somehow expired call you dealer

problem solved!! i did some research and found out fellers had some icc profiles and i imported them in and set the right setting with the vinyl and there was red yellow and grey
