Print Issue With T-shirt Transfer Material

Just got around to loading our Specialty Materials Colorprint Solvent and ran into issues just trying to calibrate it. I have attached a picture of the issue and didn't know if anyone had any suggestions. Call into SM and our supplier to see if they have any suggestions. It made me remember the 90s Mossimo shirts everyone used to wear.

I did load some paper in and ran all of the test prints and they all printed fine on the paper.
