Print issue

Hi! I printed some signs on ACM and some on .080 aluminum. The aluminum signs aren't printing correctly.

It is printing like the attached only in the light blue, and ONLY on the aluminum, not on the ACM

The first pic below is on the ACM, and is what it should look like.
The other pics are from the .080 alum.
I thought maybe it was a cleaning issue, but I cleaned some and didn't some and they all have the same end result.

I am using HP FB750.

Any suggestions on how to solve?
